Wtb .270 heavy Bullets

Hello,

I’m looking for some jacketed heavy Bullets for my 6.8 subsonic project. Something in the 180-200 grain range is what I’m looking for. Don’t care what style they are as they are for testing purposes only. Partial box is fine too.

Let me know what you have.

Thanks

As far as I know Speer made the heaviest production bullet. It is a 170 grain round nose. It was purposely a round nose design in order for it to stabilize in the standard 1-10 twist of the 270 Winchester. I think I have a few but would take me a while to dig them out.
Good Luck with your project,
Rick

Thanks RickinTN . No big rush. I’m having trouble with casting them so I wanted to try some jacketed Bullets to get it functioning correctly.
The gun I’m loading this for is an ar 15 in 6.8 spc with an 8.5” barrel 1:7 twist. Pretty odd little SBR but once I put the suppressor on it’s the same length as a carbine.

I have some Speer 170gr bullets, as well as a Lyman a 280642 150g DC mold.
PM me if you're interested in either item.

You can easily judge the character of others by how they treat those who they think can do nothing for them.
