I link or a picture of the bullet in question would be a huge plus.
I have a mp mold that casts a 125gr hp rfn or a 130gr rfn bullet. I pretty much have a 1.130" oal for any rfn bullet I reload for in the 9mm's. That mp bullet (green) next to a lyman 358070 hb rfn bullet (red).

Is that green bullet the mp bullet design you're asking about????
I load probably 7 different 9mm designs. 9mm tends to shoot best loaded as long as will reliably chamber, within reason of course. Start long, seat deeper incrementally. For me, I use my tightest chambered 9mm as my tester. Note the AOL, you're done.
1.110 seems to work for me with Glock, smith and Wesson, and faxon barrels. They all pass the plunk check and shoot just fine.
