For sale: -- Douglas premium air gauge stainless rifle barrel in 7mm Rem. Mag., threaded/crowned/26". Measures 1.209" diameter at the breach & 0.882" diameter at the crowned muzzle. That's a contour of either "Remington Varmint 007" or "Target #7" as referred to by the Douglas Company. I just can't remember which I bought. Very, very, good shape. I've taken my Rem 700, 7mm Rem Mag with the above and have had it converted by Proof Research into a light weight mountain gun with all the Proof stuff. When my receiver was fitted with the above, I could hold a 2 1/2" group at 500 yards. So, if you have access to an old Remington 700 long action ADL / BDL, etc., this might be a deal for you. Just add the follower spring & follower to the bolt action and you could have a premier shooter. Half price of the components = $360
