WTB ~ 44 - 40 Brass and .44 Special Brass ( No Starline though please )

Would like to buy some 44 - 40 Brass and .44 Special Brass...50, 100, 200, just want a fair amount to Load up.

No 'Starline' though please, but older usual Brands, or even 'Balloon Head' if anyone has any to part with.

I believe I have 200 + 44 spl. Once fired commercial loaded so not Starline. I’ll check when I get home a bit later.

I load 44 40 mostly starline no problems.

I load 44 40 mostly starline no problems.
Curious why you didn't like starline?

The new 'Starline' I had tried for various Revolvers or Automatics, tended to be undersized, so I had to expand it down a ways in order to have the Bullets fit, which is not fun...but now that I think of it, used 'Starline' might be better for maybe being a little bit fire formed, as long as no one had re-sized it.

I never re-size any used Brass, and I have never had any problems with Chambering.

Plus the older or old Head Stamps just look a lot nicer than new ones do.


The 'STARLINE' .44 Russian Cases I got new were okay though, other then for the ugly Head Stamp.

Did you find 44-40? I have new Remington. I also have 44 spl fired. Got it from brass bucket. I never shot 44 spl.
