    Smoke's Powder

    I cleaned a bunch of .38 148gr HBW with lacquer thinner to get the factory wax lube off.
    I used a pair of tweezers to pick the bullets out of cleaner that I also us to pick up the bullets I remove from the powder coat shaker and they still had some of Smokes blue powder on them. The lacquer thinner didn't remove the powder on the tweezers but appears to have harden the coating on the tweezers and doesn't wipe off.

    Here comes the $64 question, can you wet coat using Smokes power?
