Nice buck koger. And a fair distance for a muzzle loader at that. I have a T/C White Mountain that's accounted for it's fair share over the past 20 plus years. I picked up an Omega as well and glad I did. Once you've found the right load for an Omega, you'll look no farther for anything better in a hunting rifle.
That buck had been eating well for sure. I'm in Oklahoma and once upon a time, all deer had varying degrees of fat on them. I live in timber company, back in the 70's clear cut's came into play. Plenty of deer here, just not many with any fat on em'.
