Have MP 4 cavity brass molds 360-640L in both plain base and gas check. Both shoot excellent in my S&W revolver, I see no difference in accuracy between them. Loading the gas check is just another step that doesn't help me and not needed since I'm under 1000fps. I'm not seeing any leading with the plain base bullets and only bought the GC version in case leading became an issue. Only poured about 50 bullets with the gas check mold.
Just tossing the trade out in case someone needs a 360-640L with gas check for rifle loads. Have about 3000 gas checks to go along with a trade. Also have about 800 pieces of new Starline 38 Colt short brass to barter with.
Have a milling machine and could open the mold bullet base up...but prefer not to.
