    Starting with an easy proven powder is t best way to start. You want to keep variables minimized. That way it’s a lot easier to find a problem. Keep your powder free of humidity. And bake extra long in the beginning.

    in Canada, Caswell sells Prismatic powders. Tool Blue works great and is their cheapest powder.

    One thing to watch is people who say I used this companies powder and it worked.

    Some of these companies make THOUSANDS of different powders...and not all are suitable or will work. If you use an electrostatic gun almost all powders will work, but when using the BB method they might now.

    I prefer powders with a high gloss as I have found they work better than lower gloss powders.

    High gloss and darker colors tend to work better than lighter in my somewhat limited experience with comor varieties.
