Smoke’s powder, right here on this forum. It works great, and he is always here for support.
Due to the price of primers, warning shots will no longer be given!

I will also vouch for Smoke. A little goes a long way and lasts a long time. It's proven and does the job. There is no need to reinvent the wheel.

vendor sponsors help fund this very fine forum. vendor sponsors who provide great products with research and forum support are even better. If you are thinking shake n bake (dumped in a pile or standup) you can't possibly go wrong with Smokes' powders.

After reading the instructions on their site it appears to be a lot more complicated then any of the shake and bake powders.

I agree. That is what I thought when I saw: 1) options for 2 or 3 coats, 2) recommendation to rinse bullets before coating, and
    3) necessity to dissolve powder in a mix of acetone and pure alcohol.

I also picked up a couple snap lock bowls from Dollar General which work great but doesn't have the recycle code #5 on them.Click image for larger version.

I was a HF red till they discontinued it. Next I ordered some from several vendors on line all with good results. All that being said I have settled on smoke's and never looked back. He is consistent and I've have had as good results as any others. I use electrostatic method

If you are new to PC I recommend Smoke's powders have been tested with shake & bake and give great results. So if you have a problem its not the powder! if you are happy there is no reason to look elsewhere.

If you have enough experience and want to branch out as I PC other things other than bullets, I recommend Prismatic Powder online. This is a big company with over 6K powders and finishes and the choice of every PC professional I visited with when I got into PC in 2012. Prismatic is not a reseller they are a powder manufacturer. You can buy a one pound or a thousand. The prices are reasonable the shipping fast and every powder available can be found on their site along with information you should know like price, type, hardness, durability, cure schedule, etc.etc. Every powder will spray, but not all powders will tumble coat, stick with the solid colors for that. There techs are professionals and will share their knowledge, but realize coating bullets is not the normal use of PC.
