I have hundreds of pounds of it just like that.....still in original factory paper wrap. Called OLD NEW STOCK. But is is probably 60-80 years old like mine. The type I have came with the letter press I bought 40+ years ago. I still use the thing!
I will NEVER melt any of mine down! I have complete font sets of 30+ fonts in the big drawers. And bundles just like pictured.
Those are weird fonts/letters/symbols! Normally it is a complete alphabet/number/symbol set in one bundle.
Yeah this came from a print shop buy out. Guys told me they had gotten 50+ buckets of linotype. Said they still needed to sort thru it.
