    Weaver extended tip-off ring

    Did weaver ever make extended tip-off rings like they do for their larger bases? Sure wish I had one to get my marlin 60 scope a bit further out.

    I don't remember ever seeing a set, but they may have made them.

    What scope are you using?

    AFAIK, Weaver rings were made to attach to bases; tip-off rings were made to attach to rimfire rifle 3/8" receiver grooves.

    IDK which type rings you want, but know that Weaver only made extension rings to attach to screwed-on top or side mount bases

    BKL Technologies, however, does make extension rings for 3/8" RF receiver grooves

    Thanks pietro, I’ll look at them.

    The scope currently is a weaver k2.5-1. I want one ring on either side of the turret. I have enough room that it’s mounted, but barely enough.
