Having seen others but few plans I developed my own plans. From a 6 ft 1X6 oak plank and a few fittings it was a simple project. The attached PDF should explain all but post questions as you need.

Nice I used 3 1" x 2" x 6' maple .y leather pad is a loop over the tops with holes and pins in the top boards ( gives another place to adjust easy). The center pin hole is 3/4" dowel. I then laid out 2 5/16 holes 180* apart on edge of the hole drilled them then a shallow 1 1/2" blind hole then the 3/4" pin holes. the key hole are in the first board only. The pin has a key from 1/4" dowel spaced so its snug on the web. push in turn 1/4 turn its locked in place turn a 1/4 turn and its free to adjust. I also rotated the 2 5/16 holes center line 45* for a slightly closer spacing.
