Smoke, I tell people that lose their loved ones that they are still with them and that if they listen to their hearts they will still be with their loved ones.....

Sister in law is headed to major surgery. They are going to install a pacemaker and a defibrillator.
Next couple of days will be very risky.

Final update here .
Mother in law was buried yesterday. Funeral went well . no one showing out ect.
Sister in law is recovering nicely (to the dismay of the dr's) the night of the heart attack and next day she was having seizures. Drs expected full on brain damage. induced coma and when they brought her out of the coma she was responding to commands. last night my wife had a conversation with her that was near normal. She has memory gaps and some piecing together of facts but all in all a wonderful recovery.
