Your best bet is to check ebay daily for H&R, NEF, barrels. Eventually a .30-30 will show up. Meantime be stashing money so when you do find one you can pounce on it. Due Dilegence is the key. And being ready to spend up to 400$ for a barrel you want.
I truly believe we need to get back to basics.
