I use an RCBS charge master lite for my charges in pistol ammo.
I started loading 45 ACP using Longshot and it looks like some of the powder is "sticking" very strongly to the sides of the plastic hopper. Has anyone seen this before?

Wash the plastic with soapy water then when it is dry rub it with a used dryer sheet.

If it is a "static" type of situation, the above should help things...might even use a new dryer sheet. If it is a result of a chemical reaction...if you have left the powder in hopper for an extended amount of time.... well, you know how to solve that. Some plastics and powders will react given some time together.
Take a kid to the range, you'll both be glad you did.
