The real trick is getting the angle of the new hole right. How did you do that?

a piece of piano wire placed in the breach block, and lined up with the chuck of the mill in a verticle position to the existing old firing pin base. Then I just milled a new hole for the firing pin. I could explain it better if I could draw you a diagram or a print. This platform dosen't give you that option, as far as I know.

You can attach a drawing to your post quite easily. Click GoAdvanced, the scroll down to Attachments. Click Manage Attachments. You'll get a new window. Middle of the window click Browse. Find your file and upload it.
There are size limits to files. Cellphone photos are usually much too large and will have to be shrunk.

*sigh* Which doesn't work for a #4 because the breechblock and pin are too small to begin with.
