    Moisture and PC is a bad mix, but if you can't get coverage just preheat the bullets to a uniform temperature under 150 degrees before tumbling. If that doesn't work then contamination is the likely problem.

    Been powder coating for awhile with good success. But I learned a couple of things in this thread that can improve my process and results.
