Help With Green, Red and Yellow Peppers

Cut them up, and freeze them on a flat tray. When frozen,put them in a plastic bag, and then store them in the freezer. Then you can take out what you need, when you need them

What he said . Peppers for cooking freeze well . In a plastic zip lok , take up little space .
I chop some , for cooking , and slice some into strips for making Fajitas ... so nice to grab the bag , peppers already sliced / chopped and use them ... chicken Fajita's are my favorite .

Cajun cooking always involves onion , celery and bell pepper ... but any pepper is good !
Chop and or slice , freeze and get to cooking !
My bushes are still making peppers too .
