Making good use of Craigs List.

Since there was a thread about courtesy that had a bash Craig's List feel to it...
I find CL real good to get rid of junk. A few years back, I finally finished siding the front of my house. The old siding was decent enough so I put an ad on CL explaining that there was likely 100+ square feet of used siding. Enough for the end of a shed, dog house or something. Free.
    Gone in about 30 minutes.

I did the same recently. Had a broken wood chipper and an old beat up piece of furniture that I was too lazy to take to the dump and pay the disposal fee. Put them on CL and they were gone by the end of the next day, and I even made a little money.

I've sold a few things on craigs list.
    Bought more than I've sold.
    Not good.
I try not to haggle on a price until I see it first.
Don't want to play the game.
If someone comes over, depending on how they act, I may give a little.
Those who come and want to play the game, I just will not budge.
I've thrown away stuff I didn't get the price I wanted.
