I am interested. Is this sold "as New" without the box? was it ever mounted, used. Battery included? does it work as intended?

I took the optic off a pistol I purchased from a friend. It is used, in pristine condition, works perfectly, has a fresh battery included.
The unit has changeable reticles, 50,000 hour battery. The optic "sleeps" when not in use.
