    Lee dc mold c309-120-r

    Anyone use this in a blackout with success? Just looking for a decent plinker

    Would likely do well in a bolt or single shot ...but cycling and profile might be an issue in ar platform. I tried the r profile with the 160 grain from lee and could get it to cycle but it would jam 10% of the time and scuffed up the nose on nearly all of the ones that did feed.

    The 312-155 2r is a proven solid performing lee bullet for the 300 blk though...I've loaded thousands and shot most all of them. Works super well and at the cost of only 30 grains in lead more per boolit which is just over 4# per 1000. Not bad as a plinker
