Got a few items in an auction one being a RCBS Pro Melt at a wicked price. When i picked it up I saw that it was full of lead so with the 2 Lyman ingot moulds that came with it I started it up and cast 20 ingots. After a day of sitting I used my hardness tester and they came in 9 BHN.
Wheelweights or close enough for government work.
Dang. A Pro Melt, 20lbs of wheelweights, 2 ingot moulds, a Lee 4-20 and a 4C Ideal mould for under $150.
