    Wright galleries question.

I have sent several emails to the address listed on the website to try to purchase a copy of Randolph Wright's book on paper patching but have not received any reply. Does anybody know if he is still in business. I was hoping to get a signed copy.......I had a signed copy of Elmer Keith's "Hell I was there!", unfortunately my father-in-law loaned it out and never got it back before he passed away. It was by far the best read I have had the pleasure of having.

Randy Wright posts a lot on the ASSRA site. I believe his books are available on Amazon now; think he indicated that in one of his posts. If not, you can send him a PM there.

All it takes is an internet search ...

... Randy's booklet is the best out there on PPBs, however it does concentrate on using grease cookies and he does not talk about bullet alloy. These are minor considerations, though, and the information Randy puts forth is more than satisfactory. Get it.

Thanks rfd Amazon is out of them with no known shipment dates....So I'll try ASSRA and some others if that fails. I'm learning a ton here though.

I know there are several places I frequent that have the book but I was hoping to get a signed copy. If I have no luck at ASSRA then I'll get it from Track or SPG or BACO. Thanks again fellers!

He will sign it for you. He is around but sometimes off line. I imagine being retired from his real job he is gone on some trip or vacation. Keep checking on the ASSRA forum or the address you have for him. He will answer at some point soon. He is a good guy.

Well ...Me not being a ...ah er ....Patient man, went a head and purchased the book from SPG site...I have other stuff I ordered from them in the past and Steve has answered some of my questions directly so I'm glad to do business with SPG. I love this site and the VERY VAST amounts of KNOWLEDGE from the MEMBERS!!!!!

    Steve who?
If you mean SPG, he sold the company a good many years ago.
Answers from the current owners? maybe?
