Sinclair has thier own odd ball shank sized mandrels. I have a .17 to 338 die that only accepts up to .338 mandrels. I had to get a .35 to 50 die to expand .35 cal, only the mandrel shanks are larger than 21st century mandrel shanks. The guy who sold me the Sinclair 35-50 die didn't tell about the larger shank size, and I thought I could use 21st mandrels with the Sinclair .35 die. I sent the Sinclair die back and ordered a 21st die.
21st Century is a better die..... thier standard die accepts up to .375 mandrels.
