My most used for anything I need of a 22 pistol, is an old ruger single six.

My Ruger Mk II. I don't own a .22 revolver, though I'd like to have one. I've had the Mk II on and off for most of 40 years. Love it!

My only Colt .22 revolver is an old Trooper Mklll 6 inch with the satin nickel finish. I shot it a whole lot. But my favorite Colt .22s are my Woodsmans. But I might break down and get one of those 10 shot Smiths eventually. They look pretty sweet.

Never had a .22 revolver until recently; bought a Model 999 H&R (1954) and a Model 992 H&R (1949). Fun guns, but a little finicky with powder fouling & ammo choices. Just have to keep them clean and use the right ammo.
Have owned a MkII Ruger auto for years; 5.5" bull barrel with Volquartsen upgrades. Approximately 10,000 rounds through it. Shoots like a laser. Would stand on the frozen pond and shoot at the 18"x18" steel plate across the ice @ roughly 200 yards and then step back and shoot the empty cases laying around me on the ice just for fun. Burned a lot of ammo that way.

Tough choice either S&W M17 6" mfg'd 1960. Pre M 18 or a 317. The 317 is great for teaching new shooters due to its light weight.

I used to have a Single Six but sold it to my brother. It was a fine shooting revolver. My forever go to is my S&W Model 41 with 5 inch bull barrel. My bullseye gun. Uncanny accuracy and smooth as butter.

My 1957 K-22 that I recently bought to replace one I foolishly traded away in the 80's. I do enjoy fondling and shooting my wife's 4 5/8" single six.

My best therefore the most enjoyable a 1937 Colt Officer Model. It be a fine looking lady and as accurate as I can be.
If it doesn't shoot an ounce of lead, its a wimp load.
