Is the Star footprint the same as RCBS or Lyman

I already own a couple of heaters with multiple bolt patterns on them and would like to know if the Star lube/sizer has the same footprint to match what I have and avoid the additional expense of buying a new heater. I currently use an RCBS with SPG for my BP cartridge boolits, and a second RCBS with Red Rooster in it for 44's and 45's. Then I also have a Saeco lube/sizer for the 357 and 9mm boolits with a blue lube that needs to be heated. I talked with Magma this morning and they are not taking back orders for at least the next too months. As of August 2, 2021 they have 1000 machines backordered and only 2 people producing them. Anyone in AZ with the requisite skills looking for a job?

    Hole patterns are different.
if you have a RCBS LAM heater, it has multiple hole patterns and has 'em for the Star.

Great answer. I don't have the RCBS LAM but the one I do have from Lyman has the same bolt hole pattern so it will work. Great! Thank you thank you thank you for the quick response.

Most of the commercial heaters come drilled for RCBS, Lyman, Saeco and Star/Magma. I have several different brands of heaters, and the only ones not drilled that way are the Magma heaters.

    Hope this helps.
