But the "system" took a dbl payment for my sponsor level, from me and all my emails and correspondence about that has gone totally unanswered.

Yes they are two separate programs. Becoming a sponsor contributor gets you more storage, increase email storage etc. This donation goes to the server host to cover expenses to keep the site up and running.

Proves the level of inept. They are quick to scold but dont police there own so well.

Im not overly upset, as I said I would have donated it. It the principal of TAKING something I dont condone. Mistakes happen & its not a large sum. But thats not the point and regardless of anything I consider it steeling.
Ill help most anyone, but steal from me and Ill also wanna see justice. Like the saying goes my personality is who I am. My attitude depends upon who you are.

You never contacted me and I take offense to your statement.

When you set up your Team Boolit Sponsorship you set it up as a recurring payment in PayPal. Basically you told PayPal to send money to our Webmaster annually. As a courtesy to the members the systems sends Team Boolit Members a payment reminder notification 2 weeks prior to their Team Boolit Sponsorship expiration date. This reminder is suppose to remind the member that if they have used PayPal there is nothing more to do. Some members such as yourself don’t read the complete message then make the mistake of creating ANOTHER sponsorship which sets up ANOTHER annual payment to the webmaster resulting in double payments. Since you called me a thief I should hush up at this point and let you figure out how to fix YOUR mistake but I’m not a total prick so I’ll give you a clue - There are multiple stickies in the FAQ section which address the exact situation you have described and how to rectify it.

As I said I would have donated anyhow. My beef was with NO REPLYS more then $$ a d I said that too. This complaint to lack of communication stands. Unless you with to challange my word on my repeated attempts to contact someone at this board...

Hey CW...Willy handles these donations and he must be incredibly busy as there are hundreds of donations and emails and problems to solve. I just wish we could get the "guests" to donate. There are hundreds on here at any given time. It's all good in the long run!

But you CAN prove what you have claimed has happened! Please look in your “sent” as all PM’s are saved there. Once found please forward to me any and all messages which support your accusation. If it is determined my staff has ignored your message all involved will be dealt with appropriately. You can find those messages in your “sent” folder.

Some things to ponder:

Cast Boolits has been around 15+ years. If the forum, webmaster or I were “stealing” money from its members do you think the forum would still be up and running?

PayPal is a multi billion dollar business. They possibly have the most secure financial system on the planet. They use log in verification to ensure only those authorized to access an account are allowed to access that account. How long do you think they would be in business if anyone could remove funds from one of their customers accounts without authorization?

Every instance of multiple payments has been by error of the member. If you think it is not by your error please feel free to contact PayPal with your concerns. They will conduct an investigation then provide the results once their investigation is completed. Once they respond please post their response in this thread for all to see. My bet is you will not because their investigation will tell you the same thing I have - you did this.
