This is an aluminum 4 cavity BRP mold, number 453640, with the hollow point option. As you can see, it has cast many bullets. It still has life left in her, but I've moved on to MP Molds these days for my 640 nose solids/HPs. This design shoots really well in my 45 Colt and 45 AR.

The good: Still casts great with all cavities. Bruce built these molds right; they are 6061 aluminum and the sprue plates are 3/16" O-1 tool steel. The mold still aligns nicely. The HP system is adjustable for depth. The HP system was a BRP option when ordering the mold. If you were wondering, these molds use RCBS or Lee 6 cavity handles.
The bad: One of the allen head handle pins got cross threaded (left side in photo), so it does not seat flush to the bottom of the mold. It still holds tight and goes in enough to engage the hole on the handles. Also, the mold is a bit worn and the base on one of the cavities develops a tiny little point, but this does come off during sizing. Also the mold has a patina of dried lube on it. I believe the photos accurately depict the condition of the mold.
