I think it takes a #467 top punch.

That’s what the Kev009 reference shows

If you have a 30 cal punch that is close , you can custom fit it to the boolit with a small ball of J-B Weld Epoxy Putty (or Epoxy Glue) or with a dab of Hot Glue .
I have some Epoxy fitted punches that are over 25 years old , the hot glue I tried didn't last but a few weeks but will work in a pinch .
Clean the nose punch cavity so it will stick and grease the boolit nose so it wont stick ...
fit them together and let cure ...perfectly fitted nose punch .
Sometimes the one on the list is supposed to fit ... but it isn't a perfect fit and leaves marks on the boolit nose ... epoxy / hot glue fitting will give you a Perfect fit ... every time .

Although the #467 is the one listed, I find that either the #465 or 291 work just as well.
