Are the 25/350 dies, a 350 rem Mag (or 6.5 rem Mag) necked to 25 cal? If so, I will take them

That sounds logical but I have not done the research to confirm that.

Is there a relief cut in the die for a belt?? Is the shoulder junction about 1.75" in?
