Some photos of the end result and your equipment would be great.

how do you sort. I have been using a piece of glass and it works fairly good.

Here is my setup. On top is a Magma 90 lb bottom pour pot. Temperature is set at 630. I can set it to continuous pour or pour manually. I do batches of 75-80 lbs at a time

Then is the oasis shot maker purchased on ebay. It has 7 nozzles, each with double drippers. This is run by Hatch’s PID controller. I have it set at 640 degrees. Mine is 110 volt, but it only works this way because lead coming into it is already up to temperature.

This drips into an extra tall 50 caliber ammo can. It is filled with the cheapest Walmart fabric softener. It holds almost 3 gallons of softener. I keep softener between 95-105 degrees by pumping from a 10 gallon spray tank on the shelf underneath the setup. The pump is 1 gallon per minute. This allows the liquid to roll out of the ammo can allowing you to place the ladle lip very close to the liquid. In the feed line is 20 ft of copper coil in a bucket of cold water and ice if needed to keep the softener temperature regulated. I switch the pump on and off manually.

I scoop the shot out of the softener as i go and rinse in fresh water until water is clear. I lay shot out on towels to dry. It is then tumbled in a cement mixer for 1 hour at a ratio of 1 tablespoon of graphite for each 100 lbs.

I then grade the shot with a #8 screen over a vibratory tumbler. If it stays on top of the screen, it is too big for #8.

    Final product

my system is very similar. haven't thought about using the mixer to tumble the shot, may give that a try.
