I would like to buy an inexpensive 45-70 mold 330 to 405 grains give or take. I borrowed a number 1 in 45-70 to see if I like the caliber and only have a handful of 300 grain commercial bullets to try in it. Thank you.

I wish you luck, but molds are one of the many reloading items that are in short supply these days. You may want to put your name on Lee's “Notify me when in stock list”. Otherwise, you may get lucky finding one of the more expensive brands.
I have these two I don't use anymore:
Lee 457-405-RF
Lee 457-405-HB
They have been used once maybe twice. I'm casting the 535 grain NOE Postell copy for all my 45-70 these days. According to my records, they cast at .4575 and .4595 respectively, with Lyman #2.
Bphunter pm sent!
