    45-70 350gn CB loading data

I just got a new LBT mould, 350 gn LFN GC. I cast around 100 + bullets yesterday, PC'd, gas checked and sized today. I am shooting them out of a Marlin 1895LTD, bullets are sized to .460. I am not finding smokeless powder loads for a 350 gn lead cast bullet for the 45-70, can I use jacketed 350 starting data and go from there? Powders I have are, IMR 4198, AA2015, IMR3031 and H4198

Others can probably give you more detailed information, but I have often started with starting loads for jacked bullets for cast cast boolits, however different powders could give better accuracy with cast boolits virus jacketed.

If you can't find cast bullet load data for the .45-70, you aren't looking. Here's the best cast manual ever published free for download and it has 4198 and 3031 data for 330 grain cast bullets and 385 grain cast bullets, split the difference between starting loads and go. You know, if you can't find data for a given bullet weight, it is safe to use data for a heavier bullet, right?
