35 Remington AOL using Lee 358-200 w/ Gas Check?

Is it okay to seat these 200 grain Flat points with the gas check protruding below the bottom of the neck and into the case? The 35 Remington doesn’t have much neck.

"Old" style GC didnt hold quite as well as they do today. This is a worry many still hold. Personally speaking its never been realized.
