    Saeco lead pot

I bought a pot on Ebay and I have not used it yet, yet I like to be able to source parts to keep things going in the future. I saw where Paul "fitz" Jones on thehighroad.org was stating he had knowledge of heating elements which would work when the original elements failed. Yet it was a pm only situation, and I am just assuming he is dead and so is the secret knowledge as well.

Can anyone provide me a part number for the heating element for a saeco pot?

I've read threads on replacement elements. From what I've read, you can buy a resistance coil heating element to spec which is flexible then coil it around the pot. Once electrified & heated it hardens. It's basically the element an electric stove uses. I have also read where people use Koa wool to insulate between the coil & outside of the pot.
