    Winchester 219 ZIPPER , 5 sealed Factory Boxes

    I have 5 Winchester factory sealed "Brown Boxes" containing 25 primed 219 Zipper cases per box.. This is some early Winchester production..

    Not sure of what I have, brass/sealed boxes have been hanging around with me for the last 45+ years..

    I have also seen .22 HP and .32-40 cases in the 5x5 boxes. Both had WRACo headstamps and were pre WWII.

    Yours would probably be from the dawn of the .219 Zipper, around 1938 (?).
    It'll be handy if I never need it.

    Here's a "shoulda" story. In 1985 I was in El Paso and me and a couple of guys went to a flea market down by the railroad. Here's a guy with about 20 boxes of new, primed .219 Zipper brass. Had the money. Shoulda but didn't. Been kicking myself ever since./beagle

    Is there any collector interest/value in these 5 boxes of pre-WWll factory sealed boxes of 219 ZIPPER brass?
