Memorial Day bar b que for widows

I might just be in over my head today, I volunteered to put on bar b que for a few local widows of Korean War vets. went shopping yesterday and got two racks of ribs and a pork loin to put on smoker. one woman was excited about baked potato, so a bag of Idaho's went in the cart, found some very Fresh corn on cob and guess I'll top it off with bush's best baked grilling beans. the smoker is fired up and hickory smoke filling the air. it should all work out for my 3pm deadline to get everything done.

Between 9 and 10 hours to properly cook ribs. About the same for the pork loin.
