    22 LR Prices

I was in the local BiMart yesterday.
They had a small quantity of CCI Mini Mags.
    $25 for a box of 300.
That breaks down to $.083 per shot.

I was in Bi-Mart in La Pine Friday and they had a whole shelf of 7.63x39mm, and nothing else.

Before thre great shortage CCI Mini-Mags ran about $7.50/100. .22 Bulk was at about 6¢ a round. IMHO CCI Mini Mag is premium ammo.

Bought three boxes of 100 of the Mini-mags on Thursday for just a little more than $25 out the door, at WM

My most recent was two bricks of aguila for $35 each. Last mini mags I got were 11-12 a box.

Grabbed a bunch when they were around 3.5 to 4 cents each. Kept buying some as they went on sale. Pleasantly surprised when I finally cleaned up and organized.

Try CCI's website. They are now selling some of their ammo direct. No bargains and you pay shipping. But no price gouging either.

I like their standard velocity stuff. Pretty accurate in all my .22's. And I have had the habit of picking up any good make by the brick when it was on sale. Good sign that it is showing up again.

Was at my LGS yesterday and have been waiting for a certain caliber to come in for about nine months now. Told me he is expecting them soon. He did have the entire approx 10' counter stacked almost four deep with new pistols that came in so hopefully things are getting better - for now.

This past Monday, Academy had lots of 28 gauge, lots of 5.45x39 and 7.62x39, some $10/50 boxes of Norma .22 LR, and ONE $6/50 box of Aguila Super Colibri. I snatched that box!
