I have been shooting the Lyman 452424 with 9 grains of unique for years. I can get 6" at 100 yards with a scope on my model 25-5. Love it. Now I have the group buy 275 grain. I loaded up 2 boxes and will be shooting them tomorrow night at 50 feet to see how they perform.
While testing the BD45CM, which performed miserably in MY gun, I found the 452460 shoots awesome from the 25-5. I was thinking of using this for silly wet because it should shoot much flatter than the 452424.
So I didn't answer your question, which is my favorit. Jury is still out.

For plinking and general practice sessions I really like the boolit from our recent 453423 group buy. It loads well into .45 colt and autorim. I have read that it can be loaded with good results in the 45 ACP but have not tried that yet. Another favorite is the RCBS 45-270SAA. Over a moderate dose of Unique, this boolit is truly a joy to shoot.
For heavier loads I have had good results with Lee's 300 fr GCFN in my Ruger Bisley Vaquero.
