Here's a list of the Sg using various twist and velocities for the NOE 255-72, NOE 255-61 and for the Sierra 52 grain MatchKing. The 9 twist will work fine for me. Thanks for the help.
I still have to sort out the CBTO between the 52 Sierra and the 72 grain NOE so both can reach the lands without the gas check on the NOE sticking into the case body. If I had a couple NOE 255-72 RN I could put a couple dummy rounds together and send to Shilen to come up with a compromise so I can reach lands with both bullets.
I might put an ad on line here to see if I can find a sample of the NOE 255-72. Or possibly call Al in the morning. Maybe he can find me a mold that's available? Or he may be able to send me a sample bullet. Thanks again to all for the help.
I'll include the drawing for the NOE 72 grain. It looks pretty attractive for accuracy with its 80% surface bearing.
