    Mauser-Verguerio in 6.5X58mm

Has anyone here ever reloaded for a 6.5mm Mauser-Verguerio? I am starting to like 6.5's and was thinking that is a really cool rifle. Looks like brass would be real easy to make from 7X57. Haven't see any of these advertised in a long, long time.........................

Donnely suggests using 270 Win brass for forming. Suggested load was 43 grs of 4350 with a 160 gr bullet for 2500 fps, identified Barnes as the source for that data. Bore diameter is given as .264.
