Got this barrel from a CB member, I was looking for a donor barrel for checking out my formed brass for shot shells, 308 and 45 mag. He sent this barrel saying it was shot out which was fine with us--Boy, when he said shot out he was not kidding, only rifling left is a tad bit at end of barrel, hey, great used as a smooth barrel for shot loads. Thing is it started out as a Custom barrel by Wilson, my normal shot shell brass was swallowed up in chamber so I made brass for this barrel, brass will NOT work in any other, only this barrel. So, we've made 25 pieces of brass. This brass can be reloaded, how many times I do not know, had a friend test fire shot shells and were able to reload, use a 45 sizer, 41 mag for neck and ready to go. Pic shows barrel, brass and a 30 carbine crimp die with a radiused bottom to roll crimp over shot wad, (Carbine die is NOT included, only for show), 38 & 9mm crimp dies work as well with the radiused bottom. Auction will run for a week ending 5-10-21, close at 2 PM central time. Will start auction at $28.00 which also includes postage, will share proceeds with the gent who supplied barrel.
