How a Colt M1911 works! (Animation)

I wonder how many people are going to try to get round from the chamber to go back in the magazine?

The only thing I saw blatantly wrong for a 1911A1 was the right hand twist to the rifling. Although at least some of the commercial barrels probably do have right hand twist.

No mention of the thumb safety at all.

Pfft.. When the opening statement says "guns are dangerous" you already know it can only be but so factual.

The slide is the most important part? The hammer spur hits the firing pin? Wow that's some super duper 1911 there buddy! Let me pause and make some popcorn...

    Barrel bearing? Mainspring cap? LOL..

Well at least they got some of it right before I ran out of popcorn..

    Got a .22 .30 .32 .357 .38 .40 .41 .44 .45 .480 or .500 S&W cylinder that needs throats honed? 9mm, 10mm/40S&W, 45 ACP pistol barrel that won't "plunk" your handloads? 480 Ruger or 475 Linebaugh cylinder that needs the "step" reamed to 6° 30min chamfer?
