I know it's a long shot, but does anybody have a Remington 597 22lr barrel that is threaded 1/2-28 laying around? Picked up my cans today after 6 months to the day of wait time, and still haven't managed to find a threaded barrel or local to thread it for me.
Barrel profile isn't real important, nor is color, but I'd prefer blued/black/whatever-coating-the-base-model has as that is what the action is.
I can thread it!
