    I recently ordered a Lee APP press from Titan Reloading, I somehow ordered several duplicate xpress shell holders.
    Nice Lady called me and brought it to my attention, asked if I wanted duplicates. No my mistake no problem i will remove them from your order.
    Not many retailers will do that, excellent customer service.

    I unintentionally ordered some duplicate stuff from MidwayUSA last week. Not expensive items. I just wasn't paying attention to the on line order form. Yep, no questions asked, the order was billed and filled as I ordered it. That is essentially good news for some of my "just getting started" reloading buddies - an unintended consequence.
    If it was easy, anybody could do it.
