    Ruger 10/22 air

I got one for $70 new went out in the back yard and it shoots accurate. It will serve my needs as I am 82 and have no more desire to shoot anything but paper. It looks just like a firearm side by side with a 10/22 hard to tell the difference.

Just don't grab it by mistake if someone breaks into your house.

While not the best choice I suspect ten .177 diameter holes that go right to the bone in a would be home invaders face would be a deterrent.
The thug would be easier to beat down when bleeding like a stuck pig and likely blind.

I have a Ruger impact max air rifle. I love it. Got it from Midway for a 100 bucks on sale.
