    Getting better

    Found these Morrell and oysters today. Weather says 29 tomorrow night. I have peaches and pears set fruit and after 10 years my paw paw trees are blooming. Great.

    I remember singing a little song as a child about "Picking up paw paws , putting them in your pocket , way down yonder in the paw paw patch !"
    Evidently paw paw's don't grow in South Louisiana near the Gulf Coast ... I've never seen a tree or it's edible fruit , growing around here .
    If it bears fruit , post some photo's and tell us what they taste like .

    We picked a few Persimmons and sacks full of Pecans but not one Pawpaw !
