MOA come up on BPCR sights

I know there are ballistic charts and computer programs.
Is there a chart for come up on tang sights?

What distances are you looking for? Standard match distances?
    In that case, yes.
If you know your zero for 100yards or 200 meters, I or many of us here can get you with in a minute or three.

On my sight 100 yards is .16 but I am using a smaller bullet than most use. I am just wanting to get in the ball park so I can make final adjustments at the range.

First step you have to know distance from rear to front sight. Then determine is staff is marked in inches or MOA. Locate the book "DOWN RANGE DATA" by William T. Falin Jr

Just in real general terms if you come up 12 minutes per hundred yards it’ll be fairly close
A fairly good resource in the original sharps catalogs they had a page that gave the sight settings for those rifles the numbers don’t necessarily correlate to the sights we us now but the come ups are close enough to get you started

The come-up on most SS rifles set-up for BPCR would use 8-10 up to get to 200 meters. then up the same to 300 meters (330yds) and up 15 moa to get to 385m (Turkeys 415y) and then up 18-20 the the 500 meters (547yds) Rams.
You can kinda guess the stuff in the middle. This might get you close.

Yes, I know all the detailed sight radius stuff but we are just getting close.

You didn't mention your rifle, but I can give you most to the 1000 yard using my .44-75 Ballard with a 32" barrel and a 507 Gr PP elliptical bullet and 82 gr of 2F OE powder.
This is very close to the .45-70 that I use 82 gr and a 520 gr PP bullet. You will be in the ball park using black powder with most rifles to see dust kick up.
These are my midrange and long range settings.
    100---31
    200---40
    300---52
    600---93
    800---120
    900---138
    1000--158
