    Percussion cap loading

So, I've gotten this black powder bug. I've had an ASM Colt Walker for going on 20 years and finally pulled it out of the safe again. I've also picked up a Pieta 1851 Navy revolver in .36 caliber.
So, big fingers and little percussion caps are a pain. I started poking around on thingiverse.com and found some 3d models of cappers.

I fired up the 3d printer this morning and it takes about 24 minutes to print out one of these at 32 layers.
I think that range time will be more fun in the future.

Nice. I had always just used my fingers to cap any percussion gun, then I finally got one of the inline cappers. I found it hard to believe just how much easier it made that chore.

Now I have several of them floating around the house.

If anyone wants one, PM me and I'll slip one in an envelope.
