    High Speed Manual Decapper

I ran across this manually operated decapper on FB. I'm one of those guys who decaps my cases before cleaning and this would save a lot of time. It doesn't look like it's available yet.

Interesting. Looks like a hang-up every five shells or so.

I do all my de-capping on a Lee app press with a universal De-capping die. It might not be quite as fast as the one pictured in the video but I sure do bet it’s a heck of a lot cheaper! And the Lee is still pretty fast! I got mine last June and I’ve done about 60,000 cases of various different calibers on it.

It looks like it uses the Lee case feeder.
I bet it's not much faster than the APP with the 4 tube case feeder/collator .

Yep the app press is great for de-capping. One day i'll get the 4 tube set up.

I just bought some pex tubing, load a bunch of tubes, attached a dollar store funnel to the feed tube on the press and rock & roll! Probably not as fast as the 4 tube setup with the collator, but still pretty quick! And my setup cost me about $4.00!

I built this machine that decaps and sorts by primer pocket size. It’s not very fast but I don’t have to be there, just dump cases into the collator and turn it on.

This one makes short work of sizing/depriming and swaging.

Cool, but I'm too old for that kind of sustained action. A motor would fix that if they get the repeating hang sorted out. The APP does it fast enough for me at itself way faster than my previous way: feeding my Summit one at a time. And now the 3d printed collator above the APP makes it continuous..... Still.....very cool operating system!

The ingenuity on this forum never ceases to amaze me. I always enjoy watching an inventor and the contraption they make.
